Meditation Lessons

Meditation is a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques. Meditation will help you to relax, reduce anxiety and stress. The meditation techniques you will learn can be used with Kundalini Yoga and will improve your Reiki experiences. 

From her home studio in Taumarunui, Noriko runs classes every weekday, (Monday to Friday), from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Each lesson is 40 minutes long and must be booked with confirmation text message sent by Noriko.
