Healthy and nutritious food choices can not only improve your well-being, but also help to balance your 氣. I will be exploring different food options and sharing my experiences including sourcing, preparing, cooking and overall 氣 improving benefits. I believe that eating many vegetables will always improve your 氣 balance. I also believe that a balanced 氣 will help if you are learning Kundalini Yoga, Reiki healing and meditation.
